Following the upgrade you may end up seeing the “Global Address List” rather than your contacts to change back to contacts please follow these steps:


  1. In the main Outlook window press Ctrl + Shift + B or click the address book icon
  2. From the menu select Tools then Options
  3. Under Show this address list first choose Contacts (you may need to scroll up/down)
  4. Close all windows, problem solved

Sometimes referred to as the Self Harm section, just remember a little knowledge can be a dangerous thing ... so if you're at all unsure call the help desk.
